CNC Machines

We offer many kinds of CNC Machine tools to perform many kinds of machining operations, each of which is designed to generate a certain geometry, surface texture or fabricate a specific part. It can be purely mechanical, NC or CNC, referring to the control system.

Turning or Lathe Machine, wherein a cutting tool with a single cutting edge is used to remove material from a rotating workpiece to generate a cylindrical shape.

Drilling Machine is used to create a round hole. It is accomplished by a rotating tool that typically has two or four helical cutting edges.

Milling Machine, has a rotating tool with multiple cutting edges that moves slowly relative to the material to generate a plane or straight surface.

CNC Milling Machines (also called machining centers) are computer controlled vertical mills with the ability to move the spindle vertically along the Z-axis.

Electric Discharge Machining

Electrical discharge machining (EDM), also known as spark machining, spark eroding, burning, die sinking, wire burning or wire erosion, is a manufacturing process whereby a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges (sparks).

Material is removed from the workpiece by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage.

Surface Grinder

Is used to produce a smooth finish on flat surfaces.

It is a widely used machining process in which an abrasive , a spinning wheel covered in rough particles (grinding wheel) cuts chips of metallic or nonmetallic substance from a workpiece, making a face of it flat or smooth.

CNC WATERJET CUTTING MACHINE

CNC Water Jet Cutting Machine

Also known as waterjet, an industrial machine capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance to cut hard materials such as metal or granite.

It is the preferred method when the materials being cut are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods. Used in various industries, such as aerospace, for cutting, shaping, and reaming.

CNC Plasma Cutting

A process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, Stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper.

Although other conductive metals may be cut as well. Plasma cutting is often used in fabrication shops, automotive repair and restoration, industrial construction, even salvage and scrapping operations
